DESIGING & DRAFTING
Engineering designing and drafting are essential steps in the engineering process, ensuring that complex projects and systems are planned, communicated, and executed accurately and efficiently. They play a critical role in bringing innovative ideas to life while adhering to safety and quality standards. Punchtech possesses an in-house Drafting and Designing facility with a team of highly experienced Designers belonging from The Column Internals field which allows them to have better quality at material being supplied.
HYDRAULIC STUDY, PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM
A hydraulic study of column internals is an important aspect of the design and analysis of column-based separation processes, particularly in chemical and petrochemical industries. Column internals refer to the internal components or structures within a distillation or absorption column, which are used to facilitate the separation of components in a mixture. Understanding the hydraulics of these internals is crucial for optimizing the column's performance and efficiency. Punchtech is also involved in detailed study regarding performance and hydraulics of Column internals supplied. Moreover, our experienced team of engineers helps customer to choose the right combination of internals to allow the guaranteed performance as desired.
INSTALLATION, SUPERVISION & REPLACEMENT
Punchtech not only believes in supply, but, the correct placement and installation of Column internals to their Customer also. Punchtech has an in-house installation and fit up team to install Trays/packing with accessories supplied. This ensures the right placement in order to get the right performance as guaranteed by Punchtech.
Laser Cutting
Punchtech has 2 in-house Fiber laser cutting machines with 3kW and 6kW respectively. Bed Sizes are : 4 metres x 2 metres. The advantages of laser cutting are flexibility, precision, repeatability, speed, cost-effectiveness, great quality, contactless cutting, versatility and automation possibilities. The capacity of MS cutting – 25 mm and SS cutting- 16 mm.
Turret Punching
Punchtech has 1 in-house Amada Coma Turret Punching with 50tonnes capacity Capacity of MS Punching- 6mm and SS Punching- 5 mm.
CNC bending
Punchtech possesses 4 machines from 2 metres to 6 metres having maximum tonnage of 200 tonnes. This versatility allows Punchtech to process longer jobs upto 6 metres also. Having CNC Controllers, the accuracy of the jobs are well maintained with required quality.
De-Coiler, Straightener & CNC shearing
Punchtech has a CNC Shearing machine which can cut upto 6mm SS and 8mm MS. Moreover, we also have a decoiling facility also.
